Private testing

Nia is an experimental assistant currently available only through private testing. Features may change or be interrupted. This website does not offer public registration or promise a launch date, continuous availability or approval by Google or Meta.

Your responsibilities

Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the content you provide, your instructions and the recipients you select. Do not use Nia for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation or accessing another person’s information without permission.

Review before approval

AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review recipients, email text, attachments, dates and times before approving an action. Sending may be irreversible. If delivery is uncertain, check the original provider before repeating a request. Reminders and news are not guaranteed and should not be your sole means of tracking critical deadlines.

Connected services

Google, Meta, OpenAI and hosting providers have their own terms and availability limits. Permissions can expire or be revoked. Nia cannot provide unrestricted access to every account, inbox or platform.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights to your content. By requesting a task, you permit the processing needed to carry it out, as described in the privacy policy. Share only information you are entitled to provide.

Fees and ending use

This website does not collect payment or enrol you in a paid subscription. Any future paid offering will present its pricing and terms separately. You can stop using Nia and disconnect linked accounts at any time. Contact support to request deletion of stored information. Access may be suspended where needed to address misuse or security concerns.

Important decisions

Nia provides general assistance, not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
